Michael Nierenberg is CEO and Co-Chief Investment Officer of R-HOME and has been a trustee since September 2025. He also serves as CEO, Chairman, and President of Rithm, and holds CEO roles at Rithm Property Trust Inc. and Rithm Acquisition Corp. He brings extensive senior leadership experience across mortgages, securitized products, and financial markets.

Charles Sorrentino is R-HOME’s Co-Chief Investment Officer and a trustee since November 2025. He is a Managing Director and Head of Investments at Rithm, overseeing all assets under management. He has over 20 years of capital markets experience, including senior mortgage and ABS roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Nick Santoro has served as R-HOME’s CFO and Chief Accounting Officer since September 2025 and holds the same roles at Rithm. He previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at FXCM and as principal financial officer at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant with deep financial reporting experience.

David Zeiden has served as R-HOME’s Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer since September 2025 and became Rithm’s Chief Legal Officer in 2024. He was formerly Executive Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Regulatory Counsel at Sculptor. His earlier career includes nearly a decade in corporate law at Paul Weiss and Debevoise & Plimpton.

Lori Okun became an Independent Trustee after retiring from Ernst & Young LLP in June 2025, where she last served as Professional Practice Director. She has over 37 years of audit and advisory experience with financial institutions and is a certified public accountant.

Matthew Whalen has been an Independent Trustee of R-HOME since September 2025. He is the founder of MyPursuit, a financial empowerment platform automating mortgage and rental applications, and previously co-founded Galton Capital. He has extensive experience in residential mortgage markets and financial technology.

Jayme Fagas has been an Independent Trustee of R-HOME since September 2025. She previously served as Global Head of Pricing and Valuations at the London Stock Exchange Group, overseeing daily independent pricing for fixed income instruments. Her earlier career included mortgage-focused trading roles at major Wall Street firms.
